Ordering methods : Are by Pay Pal, e-mail us your picked order and we will send you a invoice that works with Pay Pal.

For Hanukkah delivery, please order by 1PM ET Friday, November 26, 2011
For Christmas delivery, please order by 1PM ET Tuesday, December 21, 2011
For New Year's Eve delivery, please order by 1PM ET Monday, December 27, 2011

Ordering policy: Depending on the size, we require 2-5 day lead time on large order.

Our refund policy: Are reviewed by a case.

Refunds: Are not given to loss due to incorrect address, delay shipment or acts of nature.

Damage: Must be reported immediately.

Shipping methods: Our cake are frozen and shipped in freezable-reusable container and ice packs.

All orders are sent via UPS: UPS- Ground, Next Day Air, Next Day Saver 2nd day air anywhere in the 48 states.
Rates are based on the shipment weight and distance.

We do not ship to P.O.Box addresses.

Saturday delivery available for an additional UPS surcharge of $15.00
